Turd works for a HUGE reseller, but more of a hands on operation - big into government integrations and consulting....

What I didn't know is that they already resell Dell. Bizarre.

I never heard of the used parts thing. No they don't standardized the last I heard they buy in big lumps to get the cheapest components for there systems. People here see me bash them a lot but despite what I do say they are doing something right that is for sure. I bash them here because I can't really do it with my customers I am always respectful with them as the are a good competitor in terms of service etc. I do believe though there technology is sub par they do not innovate anything they merely brand stuff as there own but on that note I also sell Acer products and they do pretty much the same thing as Dell in terms of product quality.
