I used to take the old shit with ephedra on occassion before a workout, but his crap is ephedra free, and man oh man.

The normal dosage is 2, so I took 2. On of my wholesalers takes 4 every morning

Yeah it's new, my receptor sites are fairly virginal when it comes to energy supps.
