Hey, just got back off holiday...had a great time, sticked off the alcohol, but had good dinners...Anyway...lost one and a half pounds....wahooo! Surely thats got to be the end, im currently on over 2500kcal and still loosing weight, so it looks like im sticking it up a little...
Anyway got calipered last night and it was 9%...really hope this is accurate, wanted to get into single figs before bulking, here is a pic anyway..this is down from 210lbsish down to 149lbs.
