Girls hold more water than guys, especially during that time of the month, Im not 100% sure but I think that if you eat too much salt you hold water, the guy at GNC told me dandelion root helps, I took that before I went to CanCun for spring break last year and it seemed to help a little
if you are taking creatine and are getting water retention/bloat. SWITCH i've said it a lot but its true go to CREATINE TITRATE. You will see strength gains no water bloat or retention. Its great stuff it really is but you need to eat a lot and get a lot of protein. The creatine itself doesnt do much for size. the titrate is great for stregth and shit. It tastes like Pink lemonade too!!!!!
