Holding water?

So, I dont look bloated really. But for instance, my wedding ring slides on and off real easy. If I do 10 minutes of cardio pre workout it wont budge on my finger. It actually becomes quite tight on my finger.
Also, maybe this isnt water, but when I push my finger into my skin, it leaves a white spot for a good 3 seconds. Sometimes 4. Or is that just a slow capillary refill? Not taking an AI but I have A-dex. Not worried about gyno at all. But I didnt want to start the AI unless I really needed to. BP is under control, but I'm taking meds.
Also I have been saying here and there that I am 250-ish. HAhahaha, weighed myself yesterday, I'm 275. so from where I started my cycle having gone from 272 down to about 245, I'm up 30 pounds. And I'm only in week 4, Prop start, Test E and EQ.
While I have visibly gained alot of size so far, I know I have gained a good 10 lbs of fat too before I cut out the large amount of whole grain bread and natural PB i was eating. I was thinking of starting the A-dex but wanted to get some opinions on if it would help?

EDIT: the scale was my moms house scale. but i threw a 10 lb plate on it then another, then a 5 lb. it was within .2 . Its an expensive digital.
Also strike the fat gain, read below, theres just no way.

30 pounds of weight in 4 weeks = 7.5 pounds a week.

i would do alot of things to get that under control, starting with an ai. its this type of stuff that fucks your heart up. 10 pounds of fat too. this is just not healthy at all. i guarantee your holding 10 to 13 pounds of water at least.
 
I have no doubt that I am holding 10-12lbs of water. Its not just in 4 weeks, more like 6. I started the prop a week before everything else and shifted my diet from losing weight to gaining LBM a week before that. Also have been eating tons of red meat. I could very well have been at 250-253-ish when I actually started my cycle. I'm not entirely sure because my gym's scale is way off. And I dont trust home scales.
I'm going to have to call bullshit on myself about the fat too. I just looked in the mirror as I only had a cup of oats and a big shake this morning and I see more of my abs than I could last two days. I'm just trying to place the other 7-10 lbs somewhere. Actually in looking in the mirror theres no way I have "gained" fat. I think it just appears that way due to the water.
Probably more like 25lbs. 10-12lbs of LBM and rest water. Which is still alot of water I know. I havnt been real concerned with it because I dont look bloated though. Usually if I bloat it goes right to my face.
I guess I will do what I was thinking then. Going to get another 50-60ml of prop to finish my cycle with and drop the test E all together. AND start my A-dex also. .5 E3D? or EOD? Or could I go .5 EOD then bump it back to E3D when the water is under control?

start with eod and see what happens. if its research chems it probably wont do too much. if its pharm grade youll notice a difference in a week at most.
