I just went to the bank. On the way back I was at a red light and was watching a blind guy walking down the street. But he didn't seem skilled with the white cane. He had on big dark glasses too. As he approached the interection he finally gave up on the cane and put the glasses up on top of his head. Then he put on regular glasses and walked without the cane.

I don't understand.

i remember being in hoboken riding the path with this guy in a wheel chair. we both got off at 6th and as we were leaving he just hopped outta the chair folded it up and said "works over" and walked out with the chair...
