HMMM, too much>>????

hm im starting to wonder if im doing too much cardio. 65-70 minutes a day for 6 days a week. Monday through saturday. Im thinking this because when i come home in the morning after cardio i eat breakfast and then im dead. Like sometimes i just fall asleep unwillingly cause of the strnuous morning activity.
 
No its not to much. You need to do 90-120 min 7 days a week. And lift 2 times a month for the most muscle gains. And be sure to use light weights. And don't forget your muscletech. And one more thing, eat plenty of Mcdonalds for optimal gains!
