Me and my boy want to start a new routine....our usual routine was focused too much on chest....need to get more leg and back in there...any suggestions?? we r using the 5x5 routine
 
There's no reason to switch away from the 5x5. If you think you're currently focusing too much on chest...change your exercise selection.

When I was doing 5x5, I did a three day split:
Mon: Legs and abs
Wed: Chest, shoulders, tris
Fri: Back

That's just an example, but there's no reason the 5x5 should not have back or legs in there.
