Ok i got some protien, ZMA, multivitamin...
all the basics...creatine is sitting here too...good food..got it...
Now should i ditch my regular pure creatine for another one with some extras?

But the real question is...

If i had r-ala and creatine, what can i add to the mix that is cheap or not...either way i want to go the best route, that would give me the best lean gains?

How would NO2 wortk into the mix?
Or that new one macro is promoting?
Would it be safe as well?

Just trying to think up a good combo...thanks to all who reply.

I'm not a big fan of creatine, however for a good creatine supplement I would go with Tricreatine Malate or Micronized Creatine. Why? Well because, for one, they have higher bioavailability than Creatine Monohydrate, and, secondly, they're absorbed much faster: combined with dextrose post-workout and r-ALA this would create a great mix, no need to worry about the premature isulin spike.
As far as No2 - make your own: simple: add l-arginine, l-taurine and glycerol - it will give you a pump and the desired cell volumization. In addition glycerol will saturate your muscles with liquid by drawing it from sub-q layers into the muscle enhancing recovery and giving some strength. Taurine is also a great cell-volumizing agent, great for recovery. Making your own=cheap. You could make your own ZMA at fraction of a price by combining the ngredients.
Add Gplenish to the stack and you're set: it will help with muscle recovery, nitro storage/balance, protein synthesis, as well as beneficiary effects on immune system.

Hope this helps!
