Ok I'll bottom line it for you.

Pro-hormone: this is a precursor to a hormone, meaning it has very little to no effect until it is converted to something else by an ezyme.

Hormone: This is a hormone that has a effect on androgen receptor all by itself, it does not have to be converted. enzymes can affect it and convert it to a different hormone or metabolite BUT that goes for any hormone (test, nandrolone ect.)

Oxanavar. 4-hydroxynandrolone Does not need to be converted to anything in order to affect the androgen receptors. 4-Hydroxynandrolone will affect androgen receptor once it is in your body, no convertion needed. Add a Methyl group and you have just increased the potency of the hormone (or atleast it's androgenic properties) the methyl group will also allow the hormone to survive it's first pass thru the liver.

Before some idiot jumps in and says "use real steroids" I'll say this: 4-hydroxynandrolone (Methylated or esterified) IS a steroid... It just hasn't be scheaduled YET, give it a couple of months and you'll see.

I have been using HM Gear stuff for a while, ever since I read Building The Perfect Beast... I hunted down ALR and asked to let me buy some stuff before it was all released. There are three stand out products that are very interesting as compliments to Legal or Illegal hormone cycles:

Fomestane ( Aromabolan PCT)- This is an aromatase inhibitor that has anabolic properties, raises IGF-1 levels... what more needs to be said?
This product has been used as a prescription aromatase inhibitor in other countries for many years... Great to use in any cycle.

Testriol3.... Pretty much, this hormone will lower the amount of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin floating around your body... SHBG is one of the main reason why people put in large amounts of gear in their bodies and don't grow... SHBG will attach itself to androgen hormones and "Bind" them, making them useless... Lowering the amount of SHBG will make any cycle more effective since there is more free androgens floating around to attach to AR receptors (even at lower dosages.) I would recommend between 30mg - 60mg per day during a cycle of Legal or Illegal hormones to increase the effectiveness of the whole cycle.


Oxanavar… All I have to say is… wow! Really good stuff, I have heard only good things coming from the consultation clients we have using this stuff. My own experiences with it have been nothing short of amazing at how something legal can be so potent.

That depends on the product... they have 4-hydroxynandrolone Decanoate in a steril solution (injectable) and Methyl-4-Hydroxynandrolone in pill form (oral)... they both act very differently. the same way d-bol and EQ act differently evethough they have the same base hormone, (D-bol is methylated and EQ esterified... same hormone though)
