HMB - underrated or overrated?

HMB, and Inositol HexaPhosphate, and creatine were Staples of a Track team in my area and they were one of the best performers

I prefer it. Seems to work better, which isn;t surprising because it actually increases LH and FSH instead of just mimicking LH.

The price is coming down, though it's still higher than HCG.

Wait a minute. I was thinking HmG. lol! HMB?! It actually has some validity but you'd need to take a bottle a day. Not practical. Go with GEAR>.

Man I wish HMB increased LH and FSH like you said haha. Was about to stock up on that shit.

HMB seems to work better in a synergistic response with BCAAs, CEE and Lysine. Muscle Synergy was a big product from Beverly International and it was a great product. Only GEAR has impressed me more right from the start.
