HIV/STD endemic regions in USA ?? Anyone know of any?

Does anyone know which areas of the country have the highest concentrations of various STD's? Seeing as how i live in VA beach, i was just curious. I have heard baltimore is fairly infected, are there any other endemic regions close to me...seriously?

I believe South Florida was #1 in the country for reported HIV/STD cases in 2001-2002....

But you should always be careful and wear protection regardless....
