hitting the wall :\

hey all

As i mentioned is some others posts, I have a really low ceiling i seem to hit. in phase 1 i got right up to it in a month whereas it usually takes 3-4. It seems, though, that I've hit it again. It's always around this level of weight/muscle/tone (which isn't much) that it happens. Since phase 2 my weights have hardly gone up and actually dipped in some spots. I've been doing everything else the same.

any idea why this happens to me? It's super frustrating.

Eat ONE more solid MEAL per day

Also take ONE more serving of creatine a day EVERY day

then Assess things in about 10 days

when ever this happens to me I get super aggresive in the gym...really push hard going deep into failure, block everything out and do everything possible to get more reps. :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:
after a month of that I usually see improvements across the board..if im eating enough(and getting enough sleep)
