Hitting the heavy bag.

Just went a few minutes on the bag hanging on a tree in my backyard. Take a look at the damage done to my knuckle through padded gloves. Can you say power baby.

I can remember back in my boxing days of having entire knuckles devoid of several layers of skin,or having a middle knuckle that looked the size of a golf ball.Lots of fun,lol.

A canvas water filled bag. I've had much fun pounding on that thing. I can't hit as fast as I use to when I was smaller, but everyone of those punches would do serious damage. Hopefully I'll never find out.

Now that's hardcore. We use to hit boards. Damn lucky we didn't break our hands. Probably couldn't hit hard enough back then.
