Hittin' Rear Delts

For strengthening the rear delts, I know alot of people stick to the basic bb rows, and db rows, but for those who do bent over lateral raises, do you keep your palms facing your torso or switch your hand positioning?

Just keep them plain and simple...They work fine...You only get back what you put into your workouts...People wonder why they dont grow...
 
palms or thumbs facing are how I do them, all it really does is control your external rotation if you don't have good control over it.
 
dude I do reversed cables flies.... grab the right cable with the left & the left cable with the right so they are like an x in front of you then do the opposite of a cable fly. rear delt mania.......
