HIT training while on a cycle

Hey is this a guy idea?
but when cycling, you could do two sets of each exercise instead and of one and do it three or four times a week instead of just two, right?
or does the five day split work better for gear?

I think maybe on gear,you should train each bodypart twice a week, because your going to be able to recover faster and that muscle is going to be able to be trained sooner, diet is actually more important than that, make sure your getting enough calories to suppoort the building process
 
I only train each bodypart once a week, whether on or off. When on, I'm able to REALLY trash the muscles, and have them fresh and ready to go the following week.

If you really take advantage of the added strength and stamina and hit the muscle groups hard, they'll need a week to recover, even while on.
