I was wondering if anyone had any data or first hand experience with NO2 and the effectivesness of a cycle (notably, mine is going to be tren/winstrol). Does it boost the effectiveness at all? I am going to take creatine throughout cycle anyway(good idea? cell tech at 75 grams/day).

Also, I am taining for more strength gains than I am size gains, and am going to incorporate powerlifts into this program. The problem is finding which day in my split to incorporate things like power cleans and clean and jerks etc. Anyone with advice doing this kind of training pleae respond

Are you doing powerlifting or olympic lifting?

PL are benches, squats, deadlifts..........

Olympic lifts are cleans, jerks, snatches.....

NO2 and creatine are nice supplements, but you need to focus on your AAS doses first and foremost. I think products like CellTech are a waste of money.....I'm not in to carb loading.

Tren/Winstrol are what you need to be concerned with, not NO2 and Creatine......priorities.

I guess I am looking to add some olympic lifts in addition to the traditional power lifts i.e. doing typical bench, incline flyes etc. for chest day; squats, presses, extentions for leg day; and am confuse on what day to incorporate the OL since they work many body parts!?!?

Unless you want to do the Olympic lifts in place of your traditional workouts, just do one olympic lift before your regular workout......so one for each day you lift.

All suppliments are far inferior to AAS... spend your money accordingly. The only suppliment I take is Creatine which helps to push that one extra rep at the gym.

Out of curiosity, why do you want to lift that way?

Power Cleans and other Olympic lifts are great for total body strength. I used to do them a lot when I actually played sports (instead of bodybuilding). I don't see why not use them in a normal routine.

I personally don't do them, but hey if you dig 'em then go for it. They will build functional strength I just don't know how much size they can build. If they work for you that's all that matters!
