My buddy started bulking in early October and he is making mad gains. He is eating low carbs 5 days a week but he has around 600 cheat carbs on Thursday and lifts then he has 600 clean carbs on Sunday and lifts. He says it is called HIT. He only has about 10-12 sets on Thursday and the same on Sunday. Is thispossible. I am working out 4 times per week and he says that is too much if you want to add big time size. Could anyone sum this up for me or giv me a sample workout.
