I didn't realize you were in PCT. At this point if I were you I would run every natural supp in the book, keep diet right on point, get plenty of rest, and train HEAVY.
One thing that really seems to help with recovery for me is keeping the weight heavy on all my lifts and banging leg day like your life is depending on that workout. Heavy, intense legs will no doubt get your body back in gear faster.
For supp I normally use:
Avena Sativa 2 g ed
Tribulus 2 g ed
CEE 5 grams ed
NO2 9 g ed
glutamine 30 g ed
BCAA as much as you can afford
Caffiene pre-workout
Also
Clomid
Nolva
HCG
AIFM
If you feel tired and beat man you need to rest. Don't train post cycle when you are sore etc, you will only hinder your body's ability to restore hormone levels. Also, carb cycling is great post cycle since high carb days will help increase test levels and increase the metabolism.
Also, try to have lots of sex if you have a women around. I swear that really seemed to help me recover. The last cycle I ran I just got down with a long term relationship breakup and sex was non existent and recovery didn't seem as good.
I read something somewhere how your body responds to sex in a positive way by increasing test levels etc.
