Hit a wall

New member
First time post here, great overall forum. Well I have recently been working out(2 1/2 months) and dropped from 180 to 160. But it seems as though I have hit a wall, its been aout 2 weeks without any lost or gain in weight. I have been watching what I have been eating and been doin cardio and strength training. Any tips? Also what is the best way to lose those love handles?
 
i told a guy this the other day and i would start putting in some strength training. the more muscle you put on the more fat your burn when your at rest. i hope this helps. tb
