does hill climbing, wether on a treadmill or up natty hills, make one stronger and thicker in the thighs/glutes? lately i've been scaling this ski hill and my legs feel sorer after that than from sq'ing heavy...and you get a cardio session in as well.
is this a good way to suppliment leg weight training?
