Recently Ive been doing 40M Sprints for my HIIT, Im wondering, can this help build muscle in your upper body too, or just the lower body?
 
maybe a little. HIIT can increase the amount of free testosterone in your system significantly. I'm not sure how long it stays around though.
 
interesting, was thinking maybe the more powerful arm pumping motion in sprinting compared to jogging might help a bit...?

seriously I doubt it, but if you want a hiit routine that will build your upper body too try some farmers walks with db's

lol! well, by thinking, I can ask questions, and by asking questions I can gain knowledge. And that I try to do everyday. I lift at a powerhouse, so I dont really have my own dumbells...anything I could substitute/build with what I or someone I know may already have?
 
Ask T3c how he got his kegs, they make a great hiit apparatus, doing keg carrying relays.

you could fill a milk carton with sand and lead shot as well and have your own 5 dollar 50 pounders...
