I've been reading about HIIT and reading posts about it's only usefull if you have the correct diet. That is a bunch of garbage because if you have a bad diet, but offset it with HIIT, it has an effect.
Now, if you don't do HIIT w/ a bad diet, you gain weight. But with HIIT, your weight will remain constant b/c you are burning off your 'bad habit.'
I'm sick of people saying all over the internet that HIIT ONLY works if you diet correctly. It's not true. You burn calories with HIIT regardless of diet.
