HIIT training while on cycle

I'm 2 weeks into a 500mg test-c weekly with 400iu HCG every 4-5 days cycle. Everything is going great! Good pumps and lots of energy in gym. Only down fall is I'm gaining more fat than expected. I was thinking of tossing 3 days of HIIT training in a week to try and cut down on the fat increase. If I were to do this would it limit my gains? or should I wait till after the cycle to cut?

strange I thought it took 5 or 6 weeks to see or feel stuff from Test cycles? I am on week 3 or 4 or a blast from my regular HRT, doing 600mg Test, and I am not feeling a huge difference yet. Im even front loading with 50mg tbol day....

I think its odd you are "getting fat" two weeks into a cycle....

HIIT is always good, should be part of just about anyones regular workouts...it will burn more fat via EPOC than cardio, it wont hurt your muscle mass or strength like regular cardio can, and its just damn good for you...

if you are 18% BF you shouldve been doing HIIT a long time ago to be honest...

HIIT isnt going to limit your gains it might help them...I end workouts with 15 to 20 minutes of HIIT or circuits that mimic HIIT with my HR getting up there...sled drags, sled pushes, tire flips, sledge hammer, sprints, etc...never makes me lose gains in the weights...

Anytime you add additional demands on your body outside of your planned goal it will of course have a negative effect on your planned goal. Your body only has the ability to recover from so much exertion at a time. That being said how much it will effect you really depends on a lot of other things. Getting ample rest probably being the most important.

If your gaining too much fat and want to make sure you get the most mass/strength from your cycle but are gaining too much fat the answer is pretty clear, cut your caloric intake.

you are gaining fat because of eating too much calories than needed. HIIT or not thats up to you I love keeping cardio in my routine even when bulking.

As long as you are not smashing yourself, if you know how to program and not do gut check type HIIT workouts, you can increase work capacity with finishing up workouts with HIIT or other strongman or athlete type drills....

Plenty of athletes do a whole heck of a lot more than many fitness or bodybuilding folks would think is appropriate training volume, and still continue getting strong, faster, and yoked while dropping BF...gotta be smart about it and know what you are doing though, cant just pull workouts off an internet page or a magazine, gotta know yourself or have a coach that knows how you respond to training

i do a ton of hiit and can still gain muscle.. so long as i eat properly and get my rest.

but if you are gaining fat this soon your diet is off... log if for a week or so and make adjustments
