Currently I am in the bulking phase of my training and expect to be so until early spring/late winter. However I am thinking about using HIIT to help minimize fat accumulation over the period. I'm not really looking to get cut, but should that "happen" I certainly wouldn't mind! So the question is, how much (distance or time) should I use and how ofter (like once a week?) should I perform these workouts. Just for fun I did a little baby workout today, all this was was 40 sec light jogging/40 sec full sprint/etc until I did 5 total sprints.
