HIIT and low intensity on same day

Hey all...first post here on this particular subforum.

I have always done my cardio after weights (for convenience)

I just read Jim Stoppani's (PhD) six week cut program over at bodybuilding dot (*), where he advocates HIIT between sets.

What if I were to add low intensity cardio AFTER that (not something he covered)?

My diet is gtg...so let's not factor that in.

I would say that as long as you don't get burnt out, it would be fine to add low intensity cardio to the mix. This would be a nice way to burn extra calories during a cut.
