Higher bf and Test

I hear often that running a cycle even a test cycle can bring out the sides more. Give some feedback on cycles while having a higher bf, like 15-20%. Also what is opinions on the effects of test to help put your body in a state to lose fat? Thanks for interesting info!:coffee:

Test can actually help you to lose a little fat but in all honesty it really boils down to diet! I would suggest checking the diet section and working on that before moving onto a cycle if you are trying to cut some bf.

test will help increase strength, nitrogen retention(or is that just deca?). Regardless, it will help build muscle and muscle burns calories, which with the proper diet you can burn the fat if you stay in an anablic state. the main word is diet.

more fat = more estrogen conversion (fat cells are packed with aromitase enzymes)

nothing that a good AI can't fix though :)

There is the answer! And why high fat? becuase the diet is a mess! Clean up the diet and loose the fat with cardio. Sure you do it all at onece but I prefer to take my time and make sure it is done right.

Best way to think about it. If you think you're too fat, diet down and lose some fat first. You'll see better results and be more healthy. Plus what's 2 months difference between starting a cycle now and 2 months? :)

Big difference between 15% and 20%. I would guess I'm 15-16% and I have slight abs, but I could definitely stand to lose. 20% is pretty sloppy though.

Ya agree 15% is deff not fat or even close 18% isn't really up there either... If everyone would get in a water tank and get a true honest reading alot of u guys might be surprised at how fat u really are.

As far as the question goes it depends on alot of things, mostly diet and excersises ofcourse but age and your natural test levels too
