High Red Blood Cells

I know that Equipoise causes a huge increase in red blood cell production. Does anyone know if this can cause light-headedness or dizziness. Ever heard of anyone having this problem. Any help would really be appreciated, even is anyone can point me to a good site on the web to check it out. sorry if i posted this in the wrong spot.

Increased RBC counts can be due to a number of things:
erythrocytosis -(illness or external situation ie altitude)
congenital heart disease- due to chronically low PO2 levels
severe COPD- hypoxia from the COPD causes stimulation of RBC production
polycythemia vera- Has to do with bone marrow producing large amounts of RBC
Severe dehydration- can be caused by diarrhea or burns, or just not enough fluid intake.
hemoglobinopathies-in response to decreased O2-carrying capacity of abnormal hemoglobin, more RBC'c may be produced to provide adequite oxygen carrying capacity.

RBC count can be altered by many factors other than RBC production. Not sure if this answered your question or not, if not specify and I will try to be more specific.

Thanks bros i appreciate it. Im on my 8th week of EQ @400mgs a week. That's it, thats all im taking. Within the last week i've felt those symptoms consistently. the EQ is all i can attribute it to. My fluid intake is way up along with my food. I dont want to stop because its just now really kicking in, but unless its just a strange coincindence i think its got to have something to do with the EQ.

Do you have to sit down when it happens (overwhelming)?
Do you get really dizzy feeling like you're about to fall over - lose vision/hearing?
If so how often does it happen?

400mg shouldn't cause any serious sides. Considering that's your whole cycle, you should be good. 8-10 weeks is about where it should really start to feel great.

Are your workouts through the roof ( endurance increasing? )? Meaning - do you feel like you can just go and go and go? That would be a good sign. Blood to the brain isn't necessarily bad and I don't think at that dose you should worry about blood clotting... I don't think it would hurt to ask a physician their thoughts on it though, some blood tests and a check up even might ease your mind.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it unless they felt over the top or they became frequent (multiple times a day/multiple days)... I've found that sometimes I can let some little coincidence become a massive parinoia - and it compounds when it's my health and my life.

I take aspirin everytime I have a heart attack for that very reason.

Your kidding, right??

As for the original question, isn't dizziness/light-headedness sometimes caused by a lack of oxygen to the brain from a drop in blood pressure? Most gear tends to elevate BP so that shouldn't be the problem. Also, If your RBC was elevated, I would expect that you wouldn't have this type of problem since more RBC usually means greater oxygen carrying capacity (ala EPO).

Are you currently suffering from a sinus or upper-respiratory ailment? If so, this can mess with your inner-ear (e.g., fluid build-up) which can cause those symptoms.
