After reading your thread, I'm going to make an appointment with my doc. I think I might have the same problem, being that I'm around 9% BF and still have VERY puffy nips.
Let me know what you find out, so I have a shred of hope that they'll go away...
Any news on this? I know this thread is more than a decade old... hopefully you guys are still here? Did you do the MRI? What were the results?
Whats the fix to these puffy nipples.. ??? I have high prolactin levels also.. and have always been natural wtf! All other levels are normal.. i'm 30 y/o
