high metabolism---------docts too!!!

I know some of you bro's may have it, I was wondering if there are any medications, so you won't have a high metabolism, and be able to gain more easier
 
My workout partner has it. My dad had it when he was young. He told him to eat two PB&J sandwiches with a glass of milk before bed, so far he is up 5 pounds.:D
 
So I think it would be a good idea. I won't gain alot of fat I hope!
Also do I have to go to my doctor and just tell him I want the meds, or what?
 
I stay at 5% bf eating like a cow and doing no cardio, so I guess I have one. Trust me, if you eat 4000 cals or so and work out right, you will gain weight. A little AS wouldn't hurt either. You just don't have to worry about getting fat. We have it good, eh?
 
not neccesarily boz, it really depends on genetics and training/rest/diet. for the most part given you're doing it correctly you shouldnt have problem gaining LBM ofcourse you must consume about 1500-2000+ cals above average people.
 
Try eating a lot of corn (maybe it has to do with starch) i heard somewhere (I forget where I read/heard this but I heard this) that it slows your metabolism somewhat, not sure if it's true but it's worht a try.

I have the same fast metabolism problem. what has been helping lately is drinking a protein carb drink right before training, Keeping the training session under an hour and eating alot (especially simple carbs) right after.
 
i would prescribe something like this: burngers+steak+ice cream+pizza+pop-tarts. bullet proof way to gain with a fast metabolism, i have a fast metabolism and loving it, i eat whatever i want when bulking, shooting for at least 6000cals per day and dont gain too much fat at all, if you got a fast metabolism forget trying to eat clean, you will not be able to get in enouph calories to maximize your progress

i hate you!

my metabolism is pretty quick also but i generally have to stay clean. I can eat 6000 calories filled with steak, chicken, fish, potatoes, oatmeal...yet when it comes to creams, dressings, deep fried foods my body can't handle that. It also slows me down and makes me feel tired.

A calorie is a calorie, bro... It's better for you to eat clean and eat a ton then eat a bunch of sugar filled crap during the day, at least that's my philosophy.... It's cool that you can do that... But, do you think your strength in the gym takes any kind of hit from all that sugar you are eating during the day?

This is working great for me: Buy a case of tuna and eat like 4 cans every day on top of other stuff. You will gain weight! Also, milk, beef, bread, rice, etc. Stick to the staples and eat a lot of it.
