I recently posted a thread concerning the stepmill in the training forum. I am a big believer in high intensity cardio workouts. Personally I feel that achieving very high levels of cardiovascular endurance is what seperates true athletes from steroid freaks (pump heads) The build that regular high level cardio gives you is superior in all ways to "bodybuilder" type builds. The ladies also find it much more appealing.
