High VS Low intensity training for fat loss

Why not do both and remove all doubt that your losing fat? I jump rope for 20 mins in the morning and do sprints with 5lb dumbells in the evening.
 
I like both but at different times. I do not do high I in the morning on an emty stomach, I think that would burn too much cals. That would be the best time to hit low intense. And in the after noon or after your first meal or whatever, HI would be better IMO
