Is it just me or do you all notice that higher calorie meals on occasion such as 1 cup cottage cheese, 40 g whey, 8 oz hamburg, and 12-14 TBSP ANPB don't seem to cause the fat gain that would happen if one were off cycle.
I eat 7 clean whole food meals per day, and train 2x per day, once with weights, and cardio at night. I have been leaning out even with these high cal cheat meals before bed???? Normally this would make me fat in no time. Does the gear really allow the body to assimilate all these excess calories? Or am just fooling myself and will end up with too much fat storage?
