If you stick it into photoshop and ramp up the contrast you can kind of see it. I'll see whether I can find a procedure to reveal it all.

First thing I did was click on properties and see if it was one of those gifs. that after you look at it for a short period a scary face and a scream would make you shit yourself.

Don't know what is in there though.
