Hi to all!!!!!

Finally got my account setup, and will post some pics when i get my digital camera.

My name is Nick Winters im 22, ive been browsing this board for awhile and I liked what ive seen, so now i have a membership.

I was into bodybuilding 3yrs ago, I was 5'10" 155lbs six pack ect ect. I wasnt too happy about my strength, i was only benching 250lbs. Thats when i started to gain weight and get into powerlifting. I started to powerlift about 6 months ago, I still ahve a long way to go, but i have found some good reads on here from B Fold and some cool vids by CoolcolJ. IT REALLY HELPS!!!!

Now im 5'11" 200lbs, and im as strong as ive ever been. Benching 305 , deads are up to 440, but im still lacking in the legs My damn knee has been giving me trouble, squats are 350 :(
I want to start doing more olympic style lifting so i can build a strong base for my power lifts.

Welcome to the forums man. This is probably the most comprehensive pooling of weight training and dieting knowledge for bodybuilding, powerlifting, or any kind of resistance training really.

You're part of the family now man, don't ever try to escape. It's futile. :D
 
mon:chest 5X5 flat
5x5 db incline
4x8 weighted dips
2x8-10 close grip
2x8 skull crushers
4x10-15 decline weighted situps
4x12-15 side bends

tue:Back
Chins 5x5 (i do thes every other week when i dont do deads)
Bentover rows 5x5 (i do thes on the week i do deads)
Deads (i do these every other week) 5x5-3
Cleans 5x6x8 (I do these on every other week)
Barbell Curl 5x5-8
Hammer Curl 5x5-8

Wed:off

Thurs:Shoulders
Standing Push Presses 5x5
Plate raises 5x10 (do thes in between sets of push presses too)
High Pulls 5x5 (just now trying these)
Heavy Barbell Shrugs 5x5-8
Static Hangs (grip)
Roman chair situps 4x8-12 weighted
Side Bends 4x10-12

FRI:Legs
Squats 3x5-8 (every other week)
Front Squats 3x5-8
Jump Drills 4x25( these just about kill me :)
Jump Squats (i will do these every other week when not doing regular squats)

Sat off, sun off

I have no freakin idea, i started out at 500 for some reason? I did the 3 month membership platnium thingy.
 
welcome! you weren't satisfied with your strength, benching 250 at 155? i dunno if i can even bench that and i'm about 190 now...damn i suck. :mad: anyway welcome to the board bro!:
