Finally got my account setup, and will post some pics when i get my digital camera.
My name is Nick Winters im 22, ive been browsing this board for awhile and I liked what ive seen, so now i have a membership.
I was into bodybuilding 3yrs ago, I was 5'10" 155lbs six pack ect ect. I wasnt too happy about my strength, i was only benching 250lbs. Thats when i started to gain weight and get into powerlifting. I started to powerlift about 6 months ago, I still ahve a long way to go, but i have found some good reads on here from B Fold and some cool vids by CoolcolJ. IT REALLY HELPS!!!!
Now im 5'11" 200lbs, and im as strong as ive ever been. Benching 305 , deads are up to 440, but im still lacking in the legs My damn knee has been giving me trouble, squats are 350
I want to start doing more olympic style lifting so i can build a strong base for my power lifts.
