hi new member .seeks diet advice

good evening im a new member please go easy on me.ive been lifting for a couple of years made good progress considering what i looked like before i started.however ive let myself go,,ive a gut that looks like im 4 mths preggars!! i want to bulk up with correct diet etc,but surely need to lose the gut first before i do.can you post me a typical bulking plan?..ive a little idea but you help will be great.
 
OK thats confusing. U said that u have gained weight and ur looking to loose weight and u want a bulking plan.
I'm guessing u meant ur looking for a weight loss plan.

Start by using the search function and reading up on the results from "weight loss" and "cutting" searches in said search field.

I would drop the fat then bulk up. You can add in n2slin to speed the fatloss up. If you bulk up now you just turn into a whale.
