I took the holiday season off because my gym was closed, and it has just reopened (I use the one at school). And Gladiola, I will be doing some sugar detox once again.

Just wanted to say hello and let y'all know that I'm back on the boards and posting again.

Also, I wanted to add that for the first half of december, like 2.5 weeks, I used r-ala and adipokinetix (NYC) with a relatively clean diet, and had *amazing* results. Waist was at like 28.5-29.5 (depending on bloat). Just a little holla at Ulter for the good products, they get the VLC thumbs up seal of approval.

Course, I'm kinda porky now...been drinking chocolate milkshakes and eating grilled cheese sandwiches...actually that is making me crave one right now. I'm going to start eating clean again *tomorrow*

Welcome home, Veggie! And Happy New Year to ya!

Hush up with the ice-cream talk, you! Hubby left the freezer open this week and the chunky monkey was melting so I slurped some up. Glad I only bought a pint...it could have been much worse. I only ate the melted part...which was about half. I deserved it though...I was PMS'ing. LOL Luckily my daughter finished the rest of it tonight. No more chunky monkey.

You know, I've never even tried chunky monkey. During my short post-comp interval when I get to eat pretty much anything, the grocery store always seems to be out of that flavor. Luckily, the grocery store never runs out of cookie dough.

I was thinking about taking r-ala but I was kinda not sure about it... I have never taken anything like that.... How did it make you feel.... My b/f got some from pump n pose... and I cannot make up my mind if I should try it or not.... any input will be great

Welcome back Veggie I love your dog!!!! I love German Shepherds. My hubby and I raise an breed them. My female had a beautiful litter of 5 on Christmas day and then on on the friday after christmas . Is your dog a German or an American line. Working dog or Show Dog?

whatever you do, DON'T try "New York Super Fudge Chunk!" It is highly addictive and you will not be able to resist it. Don't even look at the carton...it adds 10 pounds (of fat) on contact!

My dog is named Greta, she's 5 years old, and my family got her from a breeder in NJ. Her parents were really handsome. I am pretty sure that they were both from Germany. She's not a show dog, she's spayed, but she doesn't work either. What does that make her? A home dog?
