Hi, I´m new around here

Hello fellow friends of heavy Iron and Juice,

i´ve been reading this board passively for months now, and all i got to say ist´s been extremely inspiring. There´s an astounding amount of knowledge accumulated around here, and I just have to become part of this community.
I´m from Germany, so my english might sound a bit strange to you, but I think you´ll understand me.
I´m 23 vears old, been lifting for about 6 years now, I weigh around 210 Pounds, 9% BF. My Strenght really sucks, but what the hell, my muscles are growing. I just finished my Bachelor in theoretical medicine (concentrating on the scientific background of medicine), so I might be able to bring in some of my knowledge in the future.
Currently I´m running a Test only Cycle, consisting of 500mg of Testex every 6 days, which I´m going to do for around 16 Weeks, cause I don´t believe in short cycles. After 14 Weeks I´m gonna switch to Test Suspension 40 mg´s in the morning for 4 Weeks, injekt 500 i.e of HCG for 2 Weeks, then start Clomid Therapy.

In the future I´m gonna post some stuff, that might be intteresting to you, since we do juice somewhat differently back here in Germany. So give me a welcome and make me feel at home around here.

just woke up, injected 2 Amps of Karachi Sust (Sust from Pakistan a friend of mine gave me yesterday) into my butt, and damn, why does Sust always hurt, no amount of Testex causes any pain at all. I decided to mix the testex and the few Amps of Sust for the following shots, shouldn´t make a big difference in the beginning of the cycle.
Do you guys think I should be shooting the HCG in the middle of the cycle or towards the end? I thought about starting the HCG at 500 i.e. ED for 2 weeks during my Test suspension tapering, then start Clomid Therapy a few days after. Good idea?`
 
G'day bro and welcome to the board.

As far as your HCG is concerned, it is up to you whether or not you think you need it mid-cycle. Personally, I wouldn't bother, as this process is usually undertaken during excessivley long cycles. Regardless of whether you use it mid-cycle, you should definately use it post cycle with you clomid to help avoid crashing.
Run the HCG at 2000I.U every five days for 15 days and your Clomid at 100mg the first week and 50mg for the next two.

Willkommen!

Just out of curiosity do they re-rack the weights properly in your gym? For example: the dumbells go from 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc. Any German gym that I've trained at likes to "organize" the dumbells this way: 55, 5, 45, 35, 20 on the bench to your left, 25 on the other side of the room, etc

Yeah, they actually do that twice daily, every time I return to the free weight section, everything is lined up properly and in order. The trainers sometimes force me to re-rack all the plates after doing leg presses, which really is a pain in the ass sometimes. After a heavy leg workout, I´m more concerned about keeping my pre workout shake in my stomach and not passing out. But that´s german neatness, I guess.
