Hi from Greece. A couple pic's

Just saying hi while I had some time. I will probably only stay another 2 weeks here as I want to work for awhile prior to school.


Anyway my friend lives in Athens Attica & we've been looking around the last day or 2.

Here are a few pic's.

This first pic is of The Theatre of Dionysos.




This next pic is of the Temple of Athena Nike which was build in 420 BC. It's apparently apart of Acropolis. My friend tells me that one of the main architects was Callicrates




& this last pic for the day is The Temple of Haphaestus built in 449 BC. My friend says the type of structure it is called is a "type column & bean structure". The main architect for this Temple was Ictinus.



Say why does ImageShack.us now put the size of the image over top of it? It ruins the pic.

I see CanadianCutie hasn't been around the last couple days since I've been gone. Hmmmm.

Anyway my friend goes to a gym here I've been only once & not really thinking about that or my diet that much while here. I may go to the gym on Wednesday or Thursday with him.

It's currently 5:40pm here & we're just about to go & get something to eat.

I may drop in later on or tomorrow.

Yes I was. My friend has an uncle who owns a helicopter out here & he thought one of the best tours would be in Greece.

But it was worth it to get a some good pic's. We were only able to go up for about 20mins though b/c he uses it for work as he rents out the helicopter.

Well technically speaking, you could use a computer in Greece with their own ISP, then using PC Anywhere, logg on your computer (assuming it still On) and use Explorer on your home computer to browse the web. But your connection would most likely suck balls and be slow as hell...
