I'm a new member and able to help answer Cardio questions (here to learn about AS and growth.)
My info:
37, 5'9"/145, small framed: 32w/39ch.
Goals: like everyone else to get ABAP.
Numerical goals: 29w, 41+ ch, lean weight 165...trim athletic look.
Diet: fair average American diet...not enough protein.
AS use/interest: have some stuff now and some access to stuff in the future but waiting to use anything until I plateau in 2 of 3 major lifts (bench, squat, deadlift.) Never heard that anywhere, but it seems logical to me.
Focusing on Lower body for the next 2 months while getting therapy for a rotator cuff tear.
Plans: listen and learn....add a little to the mix....
