Hgh

Im considering using hgh blue tops to help me build muscle, I'm 6'1 165 pnds. I have an extremely fast metabolism, workout every day except for Sunday's, doing back/bi's on Monday chest/tri's on Tuesday, and legs/lower back on Wednesday and repeat Thursday- Saturday. I take hydro whey after every workout, and casein in the morning and night. I still cannot seem to put any solid weight on. Part of it I think is because being in the marine corp makes it difficult to keep a solid nutrition plan going. Any suggestions? Would HGH help at all? If I do use HGH I will be using 2iu's daily, from what I understand that is the most common dosage

How old are you?

First off you're a bean pole. No offense but you got a lot to gain before stepping into aas and hgh. You need to be eating a minimum 3500 calories a day or more if you're younger and have a higher metabolism.

I'm 6'4" and 260 and still feel like I'm too skinny, but I gain about a pound a week naturally eating 4000 cals a day.

If you're a hard gainer stop any extensive cardio and maybe do it 2 x a week for 20 mins to keep endurance up. And eat eat eat.

Also you're workouts might be too high intensity. Meaning don't do super sets. Do a set. Go heavy. And rest for two mins before next set. Keep reps 6-10.

P.s. if you're younger and it sounds like you are. Hgh won't do much and is a waste at low dosages and you'd be best to put that $$ into FOOD

You need to rest more too it sounds like. You should look into 5x5 training. Heavy compound workouts every other day. Get a full rest day inbetween each workout.

You don't grow in the gym. Looks like you're not giving your body enough time to recuperate and grow.

Do some searches and read some stickies. There's lots of good info here.

your workout splits are fine. but i don't know what kind of volume or if you are doing enough compound lifts.

your diet though needs work. you are not gonna get big on casein shakes.

i have a thread in my signature for bulking diet, follow that and you will start gaining.

I take it you are a young guy probably early 20's since you mentioned marines. I am very anti-HGH for anyone under 45 or even 55. you ALREADY have plenty of growth in your body, you can let it out lifting heavy shit. the diet they put you on in the marines makes it hard to bulk, but thats cause they don't want you looking like a bodybuilder.

GH is not very good at putting on mass. It should be an add on for someone looking for that last little edge, by itself its a very poor anabolic.... probably because its not even an anabolic hormone.

I am only 21, when I'm lifting I start out with a light weight and do about 12 reps, after that I step up to a heavier weight that If I can do more than 8 reps I make the weight heavier. I can see little gains and I am getting more tone, but no solid gains. I've been lifting for 2 years and the heaviest I have been was about 180 then we went to afghan and I lost it all, so is HGH just not an option here? Am I stuck with the never ending struggle to gain solid weight until my metabolism slows down? As for nutrition I eat definitely more than 3k calories. Some of it probably isn't the best choice but in the field you only have so much of an option. I'm open to any ideas, thanks for all the responses

Ur natty gh is thru the roof rite now or should get stuff straight that stevesmi said wait a year then think about a test only cyc when 22.

You are a flop. To even think of using gh. Go eat some good food and start again.

Motivation is all you need for big muscles.
Go hard or go home. MOFOS

You need to bust your ass in the gym bro and back it up with a solid nutrition plan and make sure you consume essential fats.

Imo you are overtraining.
Cut your weight training to 4 days a week and see how you go and limit cardio to a minimum.

Don't need GH bro. Your money will be better spent on food and lots of it.

Good luck.

Heavy Squats and deadlifts 3-5 rep range will trigger your natural GH production which at your age is already high.

Bean Pole? OUCH

He does have a point.

GH is a waste for you.

Get some GHRP-6 now that is more your speed.

Hehe. I meant no offense. :)

Hell at one point after I lost 150 pounds. 325->175 at 6'4" I was scrawny and no muscle whatsoever. I know how it felt. Luckily I'm no ectomorph. :D
