No. The bone growth thing is over exaggerated IMO. Perhaps if you ran it at 10iu for years you might get some bone growth.

Yea, well don't expect too much, it doesn't do an awful lot! It will also give you some edema so take 500mg-100mg potassium whilst you're on it to keep the water off. What dose are you thinking of using?
