3) Carpel Tunnel Syndrome - anything much higher and you'll get pains in the wrists with long term use which might require surgery.

In reference to the carpal tunnel, that is individual dependent.
At 6 iu, I get the carpal tunnel feeling. I set my limit at 4. I do bounce between 2 and 4, dependent on my cycle.
I was just wondering how you arrived at 2.5.

Running HGH for anything less than 6 months straight is not something I recommend. You really want to get the most out of it. Run 2iu per day for 6-12 months and you will enjoy the results.
