If your goal is to get lean, get on a diet. Want an aid? add some test and primo.
But igf can extend your gh.
I've been able to use less GH than I notmal use will substuting with IGF.
I really would like to see more people use both (advance users only) so that we could get better info on exactly which way is better.

GH in the morning and IGF before workout along with some extras
