HGH Up supplement lab work

Ok, so I see this supplement being promoted in one of the muscle magazines.

Anyway they are showing labcorp lab work for it. They are showing in less than 3 hours Growth Hormone, Serum went from 1.2 to 22.5. My question is this legit? Could growth hormone jump that high in less than 3 hours? Is this how growth hormone work?

I would imagine,,good,,clever marketing hype. Only REAL HGH works like touted.
