HGH. Two splits. Which is better.

If your using HGH to add muscle and not lose bodyfat while on Gear which split would you choose? 24weeks total
4iu's 5days on 2off or 3iu's 6days on/1day off??

I've heard 5 on and 2 off makes it easier to get off HGH in general.

Also, I've heard 2 IU's per day = fat loss and well-being, 4+ IU's per day = anabolic effects.

Starting new cycle myself tomorrow, and ramping back up from 1.8 or 2.4 IU's /day (morning) back to 2.4 IU's morning + 1.8 IU's evening.

Why the screwy #'s? I use Genotropin mini-quicks which come in 0.8 and 0.6 mg syringes you mix in the device itself.
 
Three days on, one day off. Two days on, one day off. That is a week.

Whatever does you are using, split it into two seperate doses. Once in morning, the other in the afternoon. Don't waste it by taking it at bedtime.

Also, just to make you ponder something... if 2ius is for fat burning... shouldn't 4ius be for MORE fat burning? And possible muscle loss as well. (Unless your diet is good and your anabolics is in place.)
 
GH burns fat right? How does it do that? By kicking up your metabolism? I am not exactly sure, but any time you go overboard with something that promotes fat burning (including cardio), you can suffer some muscle loss.

Which is why I put 'something to ponder' in there. Maybe Ulter or Macro or the other vets can tell us more.

I'm sure there is someone here who can explain it much better than I can, but there was a multi-page article about 3-4 months ago in either MD or Flex about HGH. The fat loss was something about HGH shifting the balance between fat storage and more immediate forms of energy. I remember some comment about "preserving glycogen stores" along with something that implied it liberated fat along the way. I'm pretty sure it wasn't a classic speed-up-the-metabolism thing.

I'm traveling for the next 4 weeks so I don't have my magazines handy, but i'm about 75% sure it was in MD -- it would be hard to miss the article (it was a good 4-5 page layout... not one of those MB research blurbs). HGH was in the title.
