HGH suppression: how late at night?

I'm planning for my first HGH run but have some questions regarding injections at night and suppression of natural hormone (I'm 31).
My intention is to start low and work it up to 4ui in a couple of months and perhaps divide the dose between morning and post-workout.
The problem is that I arrive home pretty late from the gym at around 10pm then go to bed at midnight.
Would you guys say that it's alright injecting at 10pm which in my case is 2 hours before bedtime if I want to benefit from my natural HGH production as well?

Your biggest natural GH pulse is at night when you hit deep sleep.
Inject your GH first thing in the morning .
suppression is not an issue.

That's one option, but then I'm completely missing the opportunity of injecting post workout, when my body most likely would need it. I was wondering if there was a set rule for not injecting after a determined time.

I Train in the evenings and I shoot my gh just before I go to bed, helping me grow while I sleep, I've read many different opinions tho......

why would your body mostly likely need it PWO ?

there is no set rule, your body gives a natural pulse at night ,you give an injected pulse in the morning ...is that not a balanced approach .

Seems like if your body produces its own at night, it would be ideal to inject in the morning regardless of when you work out.
Two doses of GH per day is 100% better than one. Plus it would balance your bloods as said above

You are wrong, because what you are injecting is slow to release you should be injecting right before you work out.
