Could someone post the results expected to see from good diet, sleep, training, and running HGH alone without insulin or AAS's.

also the sides from beginning to end and how long you run this for.

thanks

In general bro the first thing to remember is the longer you run GH the more results you will get. If you can not afford atleast a 3 month supply at 3-4 ius ed 7 days per week dont waste your money. I stay on aas and GH year round, and can honestly say when I started Gh I loved the results, and the only sides I have had at 5ius ed for the last 3 years is sore wrists and ankels from the carpal tunnel. If your worried about GH gut done be, first off you have to be predisposed to that condition and running atleast 10iu ed of Gh for quite sometime. to be realistic from a nice 3-4 month cycle at 4ius ed you can expect a drop of 2-3% in BF and maybe 5-7 lean pounds of muscle, which may not seem like alot, but go get 5 pounds of beef and throw it on the table, its alot of meat.....the biggest advantage IMO is the ability to slack a tad on your diet and still burn fat, it also made my skin nice and smooth, and honest to god truth I got taller almost a full inch.....Which is a blessing for me as I am now 5'10''

So would you not recommend GH for someone who already has wrist pains and mild carpal tunnel?

if you already have mild carpel tunnel and wrist pains i would be very very hesitant to go on HGH, i DEFINITELY wouldn't buy a 4 or 6 months supply without know if i could take the effects.....maybe buy you one kit and try 2 iu's day and see how you react and if it flares up your current problems........i might do some research on this and ask around bro, very good question here

It's doubtfull you'd experience carpel tunnel if you started off with a very, very low dose (1iu ED) and slowly, slowly built up from there.

People only get sides from gh if they start of with too much too quickly.

i have slight carpel tunnel, or at least twisting wire nuts all day will agitate up the tendon from my thump on my palm for a day or two, then it goes away and fine. i don't know if this is carpel tunnel. sorry for so many questions. i was just basically getting to these couple questions.

will you put on muscle with hgh without insulin and aas?
how long can i stay on it?
and now i see the sides, don't know what you mean by the gut thing though.
i've read it could heal up past injuries and little tweaks in your back? is this true?

thanks fellas
