may not be scheduled there, but i got a buddy that got his house raided there and they took 10 kits of it!!

Rick can confirm this from the numerous cases he's handled: in their overzealousness, law enforcement will even seize OTC products such as creatine and protein powders. In one case, postal inspectors even seized a humidor because they believed it might have been filled with cash.

Yes. They seized the locked humidor (a really nice one) thinking it had cash or juice. It had only cigars. (We got it back.)

So i take it as it could be seized if you are importing it, but no real criminal action could be taken against you for it? Is this a correct assumption?
