Have tried both and i didnt notice much of a difference.I have seen write ups on why im is better and also documents on tests of there being no difference at all result wise.Ill go route 2.Go with which method you prefer.
I would say sub-q, you are going to get tired of it after a while though. When I ran GHRP-6 & Mod-grf the pining 3 times a day made finding a spot on my abdomen to pin like a treasure hunt lol
